Liga123 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Liga123 ("Liga123", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Liga123 online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at liga123.cam and all associated services, features, and content offered thereon.

By registering an account, accessing any part of the platform, or placing a wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Liga123 platform in any capacity.

Liga123 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most recent version will always be accessible on this page, along with the date of last revision.

The following terms, when used in this Agreement, shall have the meanings set out below:

To register and maintain an Account on Liga123, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and any account found to belong to a person below the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds held pending investigation.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons may not register an Account.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not hold an existing active or suspended Account on the Platform. Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.
• You must not be included on any self-exclusion register or have previously requested exclusion from Liga123 or any associated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

Upon successful registration, Liga123 will create an Account in your name associated with the email address and credentials you provided. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password.

You agree not to share your Account credentials with any third party and not to allow any third party to access or use your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, shall be deemed to have been conducted by you and shall be your sole responsibility.

In the event you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Liga123 immediately by contacting our support team. Liga123 shall not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of unauthorised Account access where you have failed to notify us promptly.

• All Account information must reflect your true legal identity at all times.
• Changes to your registered email address or personal details must be notified to Liga123 support promptly.
• Liga123 reserves the right to require re-verification of your identity at any time, including upon withdrawal requests.
• Dormant accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as disclosed in our Schedule of Fees.

All financial transactions on Liga123 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods, subject to availability and applicable processing times:

• E-walets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay — deposits typically post instantly; withdrawals processed within 5 minutes of approval.
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow — deposits post instantly; withdrawals typically within 5 minutes of approval.
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and other FPX-participating banks — deposits 5–15 minutes; withdrawals within standard banking hours.
• Cryptocurrency: BTC, ETH, USDT — deposit and withdrawal times subject to blockchain network confirmation.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the point of transaction.

Liga123 does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own fees, over which Liga123 has no control. Please check with your payment provider for applicable charges.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to review periods in the event of large or unusual transaction patterns. Funds associated with unresolved bonus wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable turnover conditions have been met.

Liga123 offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms associated with each individual promotion, in addition to the general provisions set out in this Section.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonuses are only available to Players who have completed account verification (KYC) and are aged 21 or above.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, device, and payment method, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and become available for withdrawal only upon satisfaction of the applicable turnover requirement.
• Wagering requirements (turnover multipliers) vary by promotion and are clearly stated in each individual offer's terms. Turnover requirements typically range from 8x to 35x, depending on the promotion type.
• Certain game types may be excluded from or contribute at a reduced rate toward turnover requirements. Refer to individual promotion terms for specifics.
• Bonuses have a defined validity period during which turnover requirements must be satisfied. Expired bonuses and associated unconverted winings will be voided without notice.
• Liga123 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, in the event of error, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

All sports betting, live betting, casino gaming, esports wagering, and other gaming activities on Liga123 are governed by the specific product rules applicable to each game type, in addition to these general Terms. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable product rules.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by event, market, and Player account level.
• Liga123 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or void bets at its discretion, including but not limited to situations involving palpable pricing errors, data feed failures, or suspicious betting patterns.
• In the event of a disputed outcome, the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., Liga Super Malaysia, the English Football Association, the UFC) shall be determinative.
• Bets placed on events where the outcome was already known at the time of placement — whether due to technical error, delayed data, or otherwise — shall be voided.
• Live in-play bets are accepted on a best-efforts basis and may be delayed or rejected due to rapid odds movements or network latency. Liga123 does not guarantee the acceptance of any in-play wager until confirmed.
• Winings from settled bets are credited to your Account balance promptly following official result confirmation.

Liga123 is committed to providing a fair, secure, and transparent gaming environment for all Players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential referal to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches in a manner that results in an unfair advantage. Any winings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform in connection with any illegal financial activity. Liga123 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and reports suspicious transactions as required.
• Creating or maintaining multiple Accounts for the purpose of circumventing limits, claiming multiple bonuses, or evading previous account closures.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or any material information in connection with your Account.
• Using the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction of residence.

Liga123 employs fraud detection systems and human review processes to identify prohibited conduct. In cases where prohibited conduct is suspected, Liga123 may freeze an Account, withold pending withdrawals, and require the submission of documentary evidence before taking further action.

Liga123 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and maintaining player welfare as a central operating principle. Gambling should remain an enjoyable recreational activity. Liga123 provides the following tools to help Players manage their play:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from their account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify Players when they have been active on the Platform for a defined period.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary account deactivation for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, during which login and betting are disabled.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent or extended self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

All content available on the Liga123 Platform, including but not limited to software, game logic, graphical interfaces, logos, trademarks, text, images, audio, and video material ("Content"), is the proprietary property of Liga123 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Content without Liga123's prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software underlying the Platform.
• Use Liga123's brand name, logos, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without explicit written permission.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the Platform using automated means.

Any feedback, suggestions, or other communications you submit to Liga123 regarding the Platform may be used by Liga123 freely and without restriction, attribution, or compensation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Liga123, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, or business opportunities.
• Loss of data or corruption of data resulting from Platform downtime or technical failure.
• Errors or interruptions in data feeds, odds, or game results caused by third-party providers.
• Unauthorised access to your Account by third parties where proper security precautions were not observed.
• Gambling losses resulting from your voluntary use of the Platform.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion of certain implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages is not permitted, the above limitations may not apply to you in their entirety. Liga123's maximum aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Liga123 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Conduct that Liga123 determines, in its reasonable discretion, to constitute fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player or a regulatory authority.
• Identification of the Account holder as being under 21 years of age.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested.

Upon closure of an Account for breach of these Terms, Liga123 reserves the right to void pending bets, cancel outstanding bonuses, and withold funds pending investigation. In cases where closure is initiated by the Player in good standing, any legitimate real-money balance (net of any unmet bonus conditions) shall be returned via the Player's registered payment method after standard verification.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account for any reason, including responsible gambling grounds, may do so by contacting Liga123 customer support. Account closures for responsible gambling reasons will be processed with priority and without delay.

Liga123 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players through notification via the email address associated with their Account and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

For minor amendments, including typographical corrections, clarifications, or changes to reflect legal or regulatory requirements, Liga123 may update these Terms immediately without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amendments constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 12.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Liga123 is incorporated and licensed to operate.

In the event of a dispute between you and Liga123, we strongly encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. The majority of issues can be resolved promptly through direct communication. Liga123 commits to responding to formal complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable territory, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in your jurisdiction of residence.
